Zakah

We collect ZAKAATUL MAAL (Islamic taxation) from those required to pay it and our collection is based on the COMMAND of ALLAH in the Holy Quran and teachings of the prophet (Muhammad) S.A.W (PBUH),which recommend 2.5% Taxation from an individuals income/wealth.The tax payment can be annually,seasonally or periodically — basing on a certain Niswab/rate for various assets or one’s financial setup.By paying ZAKAATUL MAAL for those required to pay it,You will have fulfilled the third pillar of islam and COMMANDS of ALLAH ALMIGHTY in the Holy QURAN,and also the payer’s wealth shall be purified and will be granted insurance from Allah Almighty in all aspects of life.More so – we also collect ZAKAATUL-FITR which is paid during the holy month of ramadhan – Masjid daarul-imaan which is located along MWANGA II Road,kampala,Uganda,is our base and also the headquarters for our organization.

By paying Zakah one is entitled to purification of his wealth and ALSO insurance in all aspects such as health,wealth,marriage,family,work and so on.Inothewrwords Allah ALMIGHTY grants security to the person who is mindful of paying zakah in all aspects of life and also grants the person assurance of success in the life of the HEREAFTER by the reward of jannah/paradise.

قال الله تعالى : وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتُ بَعۡضُهُمۡ أَوۡلِيَآءُ بَعۡضٖۚ يَأۡمُرُونَ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِ وَيَنۡهَوۡنَ عَنِ ٱلۡمُنكَرِ وَيُقِيمُونَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَيُؤۡتُونَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَيُطِيعُونَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥٓۚ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ سَيَرۡحَمُهُمُ ٱللَّهُۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٞ

( At-Tawbah – 71 / 129 )

Waalmuminoona waalmuminatu baAAduhum awliyao baAAdin yamuroona bialmaAAroofi wayanhawna AAani almunkari wayuqeemoona alssalata wayutoona alzzakata wayuteeAAoona Allaha warasoolahu olaika sayarhamuhumu Allahu inna Allaha AAazeezun hakeemun

التفسير : The believing men and believing women are allies of one another. They enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and establish prayer and give zakah and obey Allah and His Messenger. Those – Allah will have mercy upon them. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.
